Job Summary
Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital is Growing! The Children's Pharmacy team seeks a residency trained Clinical Pharmacist to join the PICU team. Minimum training/experience include PGY1 Residency and 2 to 3 years experience in a PICU. Preferred training/experience: PGY2 training or Fellowship. Training/experience as a Pediatric Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist is highly desired.
