Our Crew Members ensure every customer has a memorable car wash experience by guiding them through the process, educating them on products and services, all while ensuring safety and quality expectations are met. As a Take 5 crew member, your job will be to: Warmly welcome each guest and assist them throughout the wash process; Maintain a positive attitude, where a smile is a part of the uniform; Engage guests in polite, friendly conversation, providing them with information about our membership offerings and their benefits; Work with fellow team members to keep the site clean and organized; Become a subject matter expert on wash methods, safety, inspection, and maintenance, and apply that knowledge daily. Requirements: A sociable personality with a desire to work as part of a team serving the public; Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning; Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary; Reliable transportation to and from the car wash; Proof of being at least 16 years old.
