Are you a driven sales professional with a knack for engineering solutions? We’re looking for an Outside Sales Engineer to represent a full line of engineered pumps, related equipment, and services. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with customers, identify their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive value.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate sales of engineered pumps, equipment, and services in industrial markets
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, demonstrating value to customers
• Maintain and grow relationships with both new prospects and existing accounts
• Travel to customer locations to develop loyalty and provide exceptional support
• Analyze customer specifications to recommend the best solutions for their needs
• Provide sales forecasting and planning to support business objectives

What You’ll Bring:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Technical Discipline is ideal

Experience:

• 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the industrial market
• Success in penetrating new accounts and managing complex sales cycles

Skills:

• Strong territory management and business planning skills
• Superior time management to meet and exceed sales goals

Location Details:

• Regions Open: Parkersburg, WV , and surrounding counties
• Office Locations: Service center in Parkersburg, WV, and home base in Pittsburgh, PA (near the airport)
