Location: Buffalo, NY (onsite)
Position: Full-time position, W-2, 1099 Considered

Compensation: $210/hour (W-2)
Place of Performance: Services shall be provided at the Government Facility sites:

Clinics at Batavia are scheduled as needed, minimum once per quarter, maximum once per week.
