Job Description

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion graphics and animation, as well as a passion for aviation and technology. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing motion graphics and animations for our marketing materials, product demonstrations, and training videos.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for motion graphics and animations

- Design and create high-quality motion graphics and animations using industry-standard software

- Develop storyboards and visual treatments for projects

- Work closely with the video production team to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into video projects

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to enhance the quality and impact of our motion graphics

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

- Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders

- Assist with other design projects as needed, including print and digital materials

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in motion graphics and animation

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro

- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work

- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Passion for aviation and technology is a plus
