This is an in-office position. Candidates not within 35 miles of the office will not be considered.

$45,000 - $70,000 yearly

This role is the heartbeat of our loan process. You’ll work side by side with me, our processors, and our referral partners to ensure our borrowers are set up for success from the first conversation to the closing table.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Pre-qualifying borrowers within 24 hours of an initial consultation — reviewing cash, credit, income, and collateral to determine readiness.
• Issuing rock-solid pre-approvals that instill confidence in borrowers and Realtors.
• Owning the pipeline — managing contracts, drafting/writing up the mortgage estimates for me, borrower updates, contingency tracking, and pre-closing/funding calls.
• Problem-solving proactively so that 95%+ of loans close on time without escalation.

• 2-3 years of professional office environment and administration or mortgage experience preferred
• Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients
• Possess an understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office required; CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred

• Bilingual In Spanish
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• NMLS Licensing will be required
• Loan Officer Assistant Experience Preferred

Compensation details: 45000-70000 Yearly Salary
