You’ll handle the full lifecycle—from assessing the codebase to final deployment in both app stores. Key Responsibilities: • Audit Cordova code and define the migration roadmap• Set up CI/CD for the selected modern framework• Refactor UI, plugins, and native modules• Integrate push notifications, analytics, and in-app purchases• Optimize performance, bundle size, and battery usage• Manage Apple and Google Play store submissions and hot-fix releases• Document architecture decisions and deliver handoff materials Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of professional mobile development• Deep Cordova experience, with at least one full migration to .NET MAUI, React Native, or Flutter• Proven CI/CD setup using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Bitrise• Native debugging with Xcode Instruments and Android Profiler• Strong Git workflow and asynchronous communication Nice-to-Have Qualifications: • Published apps in both App Store and Google Play• Experience with OAuth/OpenID authentication• Familiarity with Firebase, AWS Amplify, or Azure Mobile Apps• Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, aviation) Why Apply: End-to-end ownership, modern framework choice, remote flexibility or onsite West Palm Beach office, one-year contract with extension potential, $1,000 referral bonus.
