BroadPath is hiring experienced Work-from-Home Supervisors to join our remote team! This role involves managing daily operations, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting team development within a virtual call center environment. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in call center supervision (preferably in healthcare) and demonstrate the ability to coach effectively, ensure compliance, and foster engagement across digital support channels.
Responsibilities:Accountable for the daily, weekly, and monthly activities of all team members
Minimum of one year of recent experience as a call center supervisor (preferably managing a healthcare member services team)
