Job Description Research and identify events and shows within the assigned territory. Negotiate contracts with event vendors. Create an annual calendar of events and shows. Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators. Schedule demonstrators for events. Coordinate booth and display set‑up and tear‑down. Set appointments for free in‑home consultations at events. Collect contest entries and follow up to schedule free in‑home consultations. Measure and report results. Qualifications Strong communication skills. Positive, outgoing personality. Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to coach, train, and motivate others. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift 30 pounds.
