Job Description
Marketing Director – Dental Equipment
Will develop, drive, and maintain national marketing projects and campaigns. Must know how to effectively develop and utilize content marketing with a focus on lead conversion. Will ensure our website is kept current and highly effective at portraying our products and solutions. Will direct advertising across multiple traditional channels including dental journals, social media, trade shows and select direct mail. Will collaborate and work directly with Executive Management to optimize ASI’s marketing strategies and will lead the development and implementation of ASI’s marketing plans. Will be responsible for directing internal and outsourced marketing staff to accomplish projects and their duties. Will coordinate with sales account managers to manage lead process and reporting to ensure effective follow through with prospects.
Key Responsibilities
-Collaborate with executive management to develop and implement advanced marketing strategies and methods including content marketing.
· Responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and communicating reports, logs, and procedures. Will identify areas for improvement and create solutions.
· Responsible for summarizing action items from sales and marketing meetings and managing the tasks to be completed by the team.
· HubSpot administration for Sales and Marketing – ability to run the CRM and ensure the team uses the tools to their full capability and required reporting is maintained
· Collaborates with Sales, Customer Support, and Engineering teams to draft and share content for newsletters, social media, e-blasts, website, press releases, print advertising, etc.
· Complete competitor analysis through research and continues to evaluate and interpret findings.
· Develop and maintains positive relationships with VIP customers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders in dental) to increase company exposure.
· Oversees internet and other advertising, including PPC, paid ad search, and print. Will compose and implement marketing objectives for tradeshow and seminar events.
· Will collaborate with executive management on implementing new business development programs including office design and practice consultation.
