Are you a creative storyteller with an eye for design and a passion for producing compelling content? Join our growing marketing team as our next Marketing Coordinator , where you’ll bring fresh ideas to life through eye-catching visuals, engaging written content, and industry storytelling.
What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Coordinator , you’ll:
Design polished marketing materials, social posts, presentations, and digital assets using Canva (and other tools if needed)
Write, edit, and proofread content for newsletters, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and the company website
Interview industry professionals, clients, or team members to develop authentic stories and highlight success stories
Assist in planning and scheduling monthly newsletters and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts, campaigns, and content calendars
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and style standards
Support marketing team projects and day-to-day tasks as needed to keep campaigns running smoothly
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar creative role
Strong skills in Canva (or other design tools) and a great eye for visual detail
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
Confidence in interviewing professionals and transforming conversations into compelling content
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset and positive attitude — you’re excited to be part of a creative team!
Bonus: Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and basic social media scheduling
