Join a dynamic team in the Oil & Gas industry as a Dispatcher I, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating field activities and ensuring efficient logistics operations.

Role Overview

• Coordinate with shorebase logistics personnel for MODU equipment and personnel requirements.
• Compile and verify documentation for materials and personnel movements, including planners and manifests.
• Maintain accurate records of material inventory, rental equipment, and movements to/from installations.
• Liaise with vessels regarding logistical issues.
• Plan and manage crew change rotations for offshore personnel and contractors.
• Oversee all offshore marine and helicopter operations, personnel movements, crew changes, and POB control daily.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and data entry.
• Familiarity with QV21 dispatch software is required.
• Map reading skills and geographic knowledge for driver navigation.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complaints and incidents promptly.

Education & Experience

• Degree in an engineering discipline preferred.
• 0-2 years of inspection experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
