Starting Salary Range of $78,000 to $83,000 annual - DOE . About You: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering , or equivalent engineering degree. Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment (internships and co-ops welcome). Foundational knowledge of: Assembly and manufacturing processes Process documentation and routing Tooling and fixture design Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Primary Objective : Support Tolomatic’s assembly operations by developing, documenting, and implementing efficient manufacturing processes across multiple product lines. This role provides hands-on engineering support to production teams, focusing on improving assembly line flow, resolving technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement in quality, cost, and productivity. Provide day-to-day technical support to assembly operations to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery. Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Design and implement tools, fixtures, and workstations that improve assembly efficiency and ergonomics. Support Manufacturing Project Engineers in the implementation of new products and processes. Identify and execute process improvement opportunities using lean manufacturing principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain) to support new product introductions and ongoing production.
