Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for our West Baden, Indiana property. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment. This role involves maintaining and improving building systems, responding to emergency maintenance requests, and ensuring overall functionality and safety of the facility. This is currently a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on building systems.
• Keep Grounds clean and presentable
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Perform general carpentry, including repairs and installations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Have basic Tools
• Technical degree or certifications (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
