First Connect Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Manager for a local contract nursing job in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of Recent (within the last year) Acute Care PACU Leadership experience required.

· Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

· Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

· Associate Degree

 

Salary Range: Min $95k - Mid $105k (10 years of experience) - Max $112k (15+ Years) 

 

Relocation Assistance: Case by Case

 

Duties:

• Maintains current knowledge of health care trends as well as nursing and surgical practice
• Manages and supports supervisors and charge RNs to ensure quality of work.
• Keeps the Administrative Director informed of any unusual concerns, situations or conditions relative to patients and medical staff.
• Keeps and maintains all records of safety surveys within the department.
• Evaluates and recommends purchase of capital equipment.
• Recognizes/develops new services/processes to present to Division Director as appropriate.
• Collaborates with others in planning patient care.
• Responds promptly and accurately to meet patient's needs.
• In conjunction with other members of the health care team, plans for discharge.
