Location: Fargo, ND, US Position: Licensed Life Insurance Sales Agent Our rapidly-expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Responsibilities: • Foster strong connections with clients through exceptional care and support • Successfully complete a comprehensive two-year training program to acquire essential skills for tailored financial guidance • Demonstrate expertise in financial strategies to effectively meet clients' needs • Collaborate in a diverse team environment that values individuals from all backgrounds • Seize opportunities for professional growth and positively impact clients' financial well-being • Address clients' financial concerns with empathy and expertise • Educate clients on proactive financial planning for future security and unforeseen circumstances • Customize financial solutions to assist clients in achieving their long-term goals • Build a professional network and acquire new clients to expand an insurance and financial practice • Provide compassionate guidance during challenging life events • Focus on establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships based on trust and community support Qualifications: • Ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clients • Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially, so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter • Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals • Cultivating relationships with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security • Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients • Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise • Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of community over time • Please note: We, unfortunately, can only accept applicants who are either U.S. citizens or reside within the United States. We currently don't sponsor US H-1B visas • Life and/or Health license preferred Compensation: $90,000 at plan yearly
