About Us:

We are a growing property management company overseeing a portfolio of over 10,000 multifamily units. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term, steady employment with potential for professional growth.

Position Summary:

The Plumber will be responsible for performing plumbing repairs, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades across our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential plumbing and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Occasional travel to other sites under our management portfolio may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and vacant units.
* Replace, upgrade, and install piping systems as needed.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance across 1,000+ units.
* Troubleshoot and repair issues with water supply lines, drainage systems, water heaters, and fixtures.
* Respond promptly to emergency plumbing needs.
* Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
* Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
* Self starter, proactively addressing matters

Qualifications:

* Must hold a valid plumbing license.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or multifamily plumbing.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety practices.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Willingness to travel to additional sites when required.
* Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,635.79 - $74,228.05 per year
