Are you a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist looking to make a real, lasting impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families? Do you thrive in a collaborative, inclusive, patient-centered environment where clinical autonomy is respected and growth is encouraged? If so, we invite you to bring your compassion and clinical expertise to our thriving outpatient behavioral health clinic in the heart of California.

  • Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient, community mental health, or private practice setting.
  • Strong understanding of family systems, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive practices.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ communities, and underserved groups.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and familiarity with Medi-Cal documentation standards is preferred but not required.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary or fee-for-service compensation model based on experience and caseload.
  • Flexible scheduling with options for telehealth and in-person services.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible full-time staff).
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and continuing education reimbursement.
  • Regular clinical supervision and access to CEU training.
  • A mission-driven, inclusive environment where your voice matters and your work makes a difference.

Join us in shaping a healthier future for California’s families and communities.
