Job Title: Licensed Insurance Agent
Type of Role: Temporary/Seasonal Direct Hire - Ending December 8th 2025
Expected Length of Contract: 1 - 3 months
Shift / Hours: Shift will be within these hours of operation
(Monday - Saturday 7am CST - 9pm CST, overtime available depending on business needs)
Location: Work from Home - no travel required

Hourly Range: $19 - $22

This role is a fast-paced and rewarding job assisting with inbound customers seeking to sign up for new life and/or health insurance policies, or upgrade current policies. Active listening, empathy, and upselling are all effective skillsets for a successful season.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Answering a high number of inbound calls from new and current clients - selling Medicare products through the specified carrier during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
• Assisting customers with selecting a plan
• Answering customer questions
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of payments
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Provide feedback on call issues

Skills and Experience:

• Active “Health Insurance License” (Must have resident license in the state you are currently living in)
• AEP Experience and Sales Experience preferred
• Ability to work full time shifts
• Open availability between hours of operation is required
• At least 1 year’s Customer Service experience minimum
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Basic Computer Knowledge/Skills

• Quiet & Professional Workplace
• Minimum subscribed download rate equals or exceeds 35.0 Mbps
  - Minimum subscribed upload rate equals or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
  - ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 30ms
• No Satellite internet and no mobile data internet including (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots, etc)
• No P2P (peer to peer) network
• No VPN
• Internet Provider connections that are  NOT allowed: T-Mobile, Star Link, HughesNet, EarthLink, Starry Internet, Kinetic by Windstream, Visible by Verizon, Optimum, Verizon LTE
