This position will provide technical support to the business as required for use of the Learning Management System. Must have the ability to communicate information across all employee levels. This position reports to Senior Director, GPS & GxP Learning Operations. This role supports GPS and is a member of the GPS & GxP Learning Organization. Education and Experience: B.S in education, science, or related discipline or its equivalent is highly desired. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute Minimum of 5 years’ experience of ELMS, preferably SuccessFactors. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a training / learning organization / function. Biotech/pharmaceutical/GxP industry or experience in a highly regulated environment strongly preferred.
