Job Description
**Job Title:** Landscaper Foreman
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of landscapers to execute landscape design and maintenance projects.
- Oversee and participate in tasks such as planting, pruning, mowing, and irrigation installation.
- Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Train and mentor team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures.

- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in estimating materials and labor for projects.
- Implement sustainable landscaping practices when possible.
- Address any on-site issues promptly and find effective solutions.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in landscaping and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and horticulture.
