As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising, training, and motivating Team Members, assisting in the efficient operation of the kitchen, stocking and maintaining required inventory levels, cash handling and preparation of reports, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Duties will also include various customer service activities and preparation of product. A successful Shift Supervisor will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help when appropriate; and be willing to provide assistance and guidance to others. Excellent communication, management, leadership, and organizational skills are required. Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• \tEnsure that all Team Members complete tasks for their assigned position
• \tAbility to work with management and cooperate with peers/employees
• \tDemonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• \tShow initiative to go beyond what is simply required
• \tActively provide ongoing constructive and complimentary training/feedback to Team Members
• \tOversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times
• \tAssist RGM with facility maintenance ensuring health/safety standards are followed at all times

Requirements:
• \tMust be at least 18 years old
• \tMust pass background check criteria
• \tMust have reliable transportation
• \tAble to do basic business math
• \tAble to stock shelves and coolers
• \tAble to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
• \tAble to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves, and lift/carry out trash containers to an outside bin
• \tAble to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
• \tAble to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
