Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible for a bonus payout based on restaurant performance, paid out periodically. A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager Manage profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers. Coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts. Maintain cleanliness and ensure the team provides friendly, quality service to guests. Requirements At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR). Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk extensively; operate restaurant equipment safely.
