We’re looking for a Junior Full-Stack Web Developer with strong WordPress skills, particularly in Elementor and DIVI , to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for both designing and developing high-quality, SEO-friendly websites that deliver measurable results. From creating custom page layouts to coding advanced functionality, you’ll be hands-on with every step of the website build process. What You’ll Do As a Junior Full-Stack Web Developer at Get Found Fast, you’ll be responsible for: Designing and developing WordPress websites using Elementor and DIVI page builders. Creating custom page layouts, templates, and site structures that align with client goals. Writing clean, efficient code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Implementing responsive designs and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Optimizing websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices. Integrating third-party APIs, tools, and plugins as needed. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on client sites. Managing site updates, backups, and security protocols. Supporting multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Who You Are You’re a detail-oriented developer who’s passionate about both designing and building websites that perform. You take ownership of projects from concept to launch, have an eye for layout and user experience, and are committed to delivering top-tier results for clients. You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and are motivated by the challenge of crafting websites that drive measurable impact. What You’ll Bring 1–2 years of professional web development experience (agency experience a plus). Expertise in WordPress , Elementor , and DIVI . Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP. In-depth understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and custom post types. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and time management abilities. Bonus: Experience developing in a digital marketing or SEO agency environment, including knowledge of SEO best practices and how development impacts rankings.
