Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate industry. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support to our employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to all staff members for hardware, software, and network related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies
• Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies and procedures
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, routers, and switches
• Train staff on the proper use of IT systems and software
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and solutions

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working in a real estate or property management industry is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $34,000 per year
• Maximum Salary: $74,500 per year
