A leading middle market investment bank is seeking an Experienced Analyst to join its New York-based Investment Banking team , with a focus on supporting transactions across the Industrials sector and adjacent verticals. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior bankers on live mandates, including M&A sell-side processes, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in the execution of live sell-side M&A transactions and other strategic advisory assignments
• Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, trading comps, etc.)
• Prepare client-ready presentations, marketing materials, and management presentations
• Conduct industry and company research to support deal execution and new business development
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of investment banking experience, preferably at a middle market or boutique firm
• Demonstrated experience working on live sell-side M&A transactions
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
