Job Description

Our client, a professional association, is searching for a temporary to permanent International Travel Program Specialist to support their team, starting ASAP! If you have experience with international or educational programs, and are able to commute to Linthicum, MD, apply now!

Responsibilities:

* Maintain international calendars, schedules, and itineraries.
* Research and book lodging and transportation arrangements.
* Process visas and expense reimbursements. Ensure compliance procedures are being followed.
* Attend leadership meetings and draft minutes and correspondence.
* Support the marketing and promotion of programs through material development and inquiry resolution.
* Complete additional projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
* 2+ years of professional education or administrative support experience are required.
* A bachelor's degree is highly preferred, an associate's degree is required.
* Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite is required.
* Self-starter with a strong eye for detail while managing a high volume workload.

Position Information:
* $27/hr-$28/hr, depending on experience
* Converts to a salary of $59k-$62k.
* Hybrid with 2-3 days/week onsite.
* Office in Linthicum, MD.
* Free parking!
* Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm
