• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (4 day work week optional)
• Call Schedule: Weekday call within the group rotating a week at a time. Weekend
  call shared in much broader call group.
• Practice Detail: Join 3 physician's and 1 NP

• Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Responsibilities

Ascension St. Vincent is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at our well established primary care office on the northside of Indianapolis, Indiana. Our primary care team provides personalized, compassionate care for acute care, chronic disease management as well as primary care needs.

Highly visible office location next to the 86th street campus.
Very experienced and high-producing team of physicians.
Easy to access location for patients in many areas of the city.

See 18-22 patients/day

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
