ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its new and innovative outpatient centers dedicated to Seniors in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Highlights:

1. Outpatient position only, treating patients only 60 years and older
2. Clinic Hours Monday-Friday, NO Weekends or Extended Hours
3. Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients
4. Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient
5. Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology
6. State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community

Benefits:

2. Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Arizona medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Arizona medical licensure
