Inside Sales Representative / Lease Consultant

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $23.08/hr + UNCAPPED commission (top performers exceed $100K)
• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm or 7am–4pm
• Full-time (36 hours/week), W2
• Start Date: Thursday, June 19th
ROLE IMPACT
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our lease portfolio, converting warm and hot leads into signed agreements, and building trust with landlords across the nation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outbound and handle inbound calls to engage landlords and secure lease agreements
• Build rapport and identify key decision-makers among warm and hot leads
• Create, send, and track accurate lease proposals and sales documentation
• Maintain detailed records of lease terms and communications
• Utilize internal and external tools to research lease data and market insights
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years in outbound, commission-driven sales (must be B2C, NO RETAIL)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience in call center, customer service, or client-facing settings
