Standard hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, no overnight travel required

As an HVAC Sales Consultant, you will be based in Rifle, CO, serving customers throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, from Aspen to Rifle. You’ll:
Communicate directly with customers in a friendly, professional manner
Attend job walks, define project scopes, and prepare accurate pricing
Create detailed proposals and present them confidently to clients
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and learn new software tools as needed
Keep project files and communications organized and up-to-date
Collaborate with coworkers and clients to ensure project success

5–10+ years of HVAC/MEP field experience (HVAC, plumbing, hydronic, electrical, controls)
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to accurately price jobs and write professional proposals
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Must be tech-savvy and willing to learn new software
Respectful, honest, and team-oriented attitude
No licenses or certifications required
Willingness to take a Personametrics assessment (required as part of the application process)
