Job Description Good Shepherd Village at Endwell is looking for a compassionate HHA/PCA to assist caring for our 32 Assisted Living Residents! Position Detail Full- time and Part-time, Per diem/casual positions available. Days, evening & night shifts. PTO and 403(b) available for part-time staff. We have 32 residents = 1 aide / 8 residents Position Summary A HHA/PCA assists residents with activities of daily living as directed by the care plan. Tasks may include; personal hygiene, dressing, toileting and grooming. Additional duties may include care of colostomy, care of catheter and assisting with prescribed exercise program. Documents care provided. Maintain client confidentiality. Essential Job Requirements Education: High School diploma or GED preferred License: Active NYS HHA/PCA Certification (highly preferred) Qualifications: CPR certification preferred. Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language Experience: Previous HHA/PCA experience preferred
