Our beautiful 240-acre campus is one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the United States. St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day care as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, and restaurant.
The Health Information Management Coordinator serves as the privacy officer and creates and
maintains accurate and complete medical records in order to meet insurance, Medicare, and regulatory requirements.

Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Health Information Management. RHIT or RHIA Certification preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a medical records setting.
