• Own the room: Keep energy high, coach smart, and push clients to achieve more.
• Drive results: Deliver personalized coaching that motivates and challenges every client.
• Learn to monetize fitness: Gain professional sales and production skills to grow a full-time career in fitness—no more juggling multiple jobs. Be coachable, open, and ready to learn.

What You Bring to the Table

Relentless Energy

• You show up fired up for every session. Clients feed off your vibe, and you know how to keep the room buzzing while coaching with precision.

Expert Knowledge

• You have a solid foundation in strength training, functional movement, and real-world coaching.
• You know how to get results safely and efficiently—and make it look effortless.

Clear, Confident Communication

• Whether leading a mic’d-up group class or a 1-on-1 session, your coaching is purposeful, motivating, and easy to follow.

Proven Experience

• Experience in a gym, studio, or performance-focused environment is a plus.
• You thrive under pressure and maintain high energy from the first client to the last.

Credentials & Certifications

• A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a bonus.
• Current certifications (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.) are required—or in progress.
