Overview

General Manager, Quick Quack Car Wash Earn Up To $100,000 a year.

This on-site leadership role is responsible for running a Quick Quack Car Wash location, including sales, hiring, training, leading, managing, full P&L responsibility, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in alignment with the QQ values: smart, kind and driven.

Responsibilities

• Hire and retain a great team of smart, kind, and driven people.
• Invest time to help each team member achieve their personal and professional goals.
• Provide regular feedback regarding performance and opportunities to improve skills.
• Continuously develop leadership skills and effectiveness.
• Grow topline revenue and member activity by greeting each guest with enthusiasm and kindness.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the team and guests.
• Learn about the soaps and equipment to ensure a highquality car wash experience.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to keep equipment in good working order.
• Lead and coach the team outdoors and foster a positive, productive culture.
• Provide customers with a positive, memorable experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through regular meetings and training.
• Manage discipline and termination of team members as needed and in accordance with policy.
• Train and develop team members in service, cashiering, and safety.
• Oversee productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling for all team members.
• Monitor location financials and contribute toward achieving financial goals.
• Prepare and handle daily cash deposits.
• Order, stock, and maintain merchandise and inventory for the location.
• Handle vehicle damage claims with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure the location is clean and well maintained and delegate housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist customers in locating products, resolving complaints, or providing information; direct customers to other departments as necessary.
• Use a membership approach when interacting with new customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Record of developing Team Members and Leaders.
• Self-motivated, results-driven leader.
• Record of driving results (revenue, EBITDA, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience leading a membership model (preferred).
• Experience managing a preventative maintenance program or similar (preferred).
• Must be able to read, count, and write accurately.
• Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance per dress and grooming standards.
• 2+ years of responsibility for the results of a highperforming store, location, or company.
• Hiring the right team members; training and mentoring team members; managing costs, expenses, and scheduling.
• Ensure product and location represent company standards on site at all times (brand, cleanliness, product quality).
• Responsible for and familiar with Profit and Loss Statements.
• Retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prolonged standing and ability to operate a cash register or related equipment.
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Work Environment And Physical Demands

Work outdoors in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. Constant movement with physical activity including lifting (050 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping.
