As a certified minority company, we deliver food, facilities management, and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges and universities, and aviation lounges. This strategic alliance between Magic Johnson Enterprises and Sodexo, Inc., enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve.

 

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 - Food for  UnityPoint Health -  Grinnell Regional Medical Center  located in  Grinnell, IA . The General Manager will oversee and direct all Food & Nutrition for the hospital. The General Manager will come with a background in food service management with a proven ability to lead teams and foster culture.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Food & Nutrition Services.
  • Lead and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
  • Deliver high-quality food services, including patient meals, retail dining, and catering.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff.
  • Create a positive, patient-focused environment that reflects Sodexo’s commitment to quality.
