Full-Time Nanny Needed – Tenafly, NJ (Live-In or Live-Out)
Start Date: ASAP | Long-Term Position

A warm and busy family in Tenafly, NJ is seeking a full-time nanny to help care for their three active children, ages 9, 7, and 5. This position is open to live-in or live-out candidates and requires a responsible, engaging, and experienced caregiver who can drive and is looking for a long-term role.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $27 per hour
• Paid vacation (2 weeks), sick/personal days (3–5), and holidays
• Travel compensation (if traveling with family)

• Separate nanny suite provided for live-in candidates

Schedule:
Through End of June:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM, and 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Plus 1 flexible hour per day for laundry/light housekeeping

Summer Schedule (Late June–August):

• Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (children at camp during the day)
• Plus 1 flexible hour per day for laundry/light housekeeping

• Willing to offer full-time hours/pay for the right candidate

Responsibilities:

• Morning and afternoon school routines
• Driving children to/from school and activities (family car provided)
• Preparing children’s lunches and snacks
• Helping with homework and afterschool routines
• Engaging children in age-appropriate play and activities
• Children’s laundry, light tidying, dishwashing, and organizing
• Occasional family meal prep; bonus if you enjoy cooking
• Open to adding more housekeeping for additional compensation

Qualifications:

• Prior nanny experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable driving children (car provided)
• Strong communication skills and flexibility
• Comfortable with a cat in the home
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide 3-5 professional references
