Now Hiring: Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician (Temp-to-Hire, 13 Weeks) Southgate, KY
Position Type: 13-week contract with potential for full-time placement
Location: Southgate, Kentucky
Shift Schedule: First shift
Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM or 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
Saturday Rotation: One Saturday per month (typically the 4th or 5th), 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
Overview:
RPh on the Go is partnering with a reputable mail-order pharmacy in Southgate, KY, to fill a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician position. This is a critical operations role focused on both automated and manual medication fulfillment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment and are looking for long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate automated dispensing systems with accuracy and efficiency
Manually count, package, and label prescriptions when needed
Conduct checks to ensure the quality and correctness of all medications
Support daily workflow by maintaining a clean and organized work area
Follow all pharmacy guidelines, SOPs, and compliance standards
Assist in maintaining equipment and identifying minor issues
Requirements:
Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Kentucky
At least one year of pharmacy experience (retail or mail order)
High attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with pharmacy automation is a plus
