Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, stocking or restocking, setting up for events, keeping the office in tip top shape,and providing administrative assistance. Additionally, the role involves clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette
• Experience in Administrative Assistance a plus
• Proficient in Clerical Skills including filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the marketing or food & beverage industry is a plus
• Perfect for a college student looking for flexibility
