Role Franchise Business Consultant to support ~30 franchisees nationwide. This role focuses on building strong franchisee relationships, coaching operators, driving revenue and margins, and strengthening system performance. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with approximately 30 franchisees nationwide. Coach and influence franchise owners to improve operations and performance. Drive revenue growth and improve profit margins across the franchise network. Strengthen system-wide performance, processes, and compliance. Qualifications Strong P&L and business acumen. Proven ability to coach and influence owners. Sales acumen is a strong plus. Franchise industry experience is mandatory.
