Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled FPGA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing FPGA-based solutions for various applications. This position requires a strong foundation in digital logic design and proficiency in VHDL. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement FPGA architectures using VHDL.
  • Develop and execute test plans for FPGA designs to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate FPGA solutions into broader system designs.
  • Perform simulation and verification of FPGA designs to confirm compliance with specifications.
  • Document design processes, including specifications, design decisions, and test results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in FPGA design and development using VHDL.
  • Strong understanding of digital logic design concepts and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as TCL and Python is a plus.
  • Experience with digital circuit board design and schematic capture is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Verilog, PLC engineering, and embedded firmware development is desirable.
