As ourReach Truck Operator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently. Every pallet you move, product you place, and aisle you navigate helps ensure our materials and shipments flow without delay—accurately, safely, and on time.
What You’ll Do
•Operate with Precision:Safely operate reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment to move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the facility.
•Support Inbound & Outbound:Load and unload trailers, transfer goods to storage or production areas, and assist with shipping/receiving tasks.
•Maintain Accuracy:Pick orders and replenish stock with careful attention to product identification, lot numbers, and location tracking.
•Champion Safety:Follow all OSHA, site-specific, and equipment safety protocols while ensuring aisles and storage areas remain organized and hazard-free.
•Track & Report:Use inventory systems (manual or digital) to log movements, report discrepancies, and help maintain accurate counts.
•Assist as Needed:Support general warehouse duties such as shrink-wrapping, staging, or cycle counts during downtime or high-volume periods.
