Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented High Lift Associate to join our team. This role involves operating high-reach trucks, breaking down crates, sorting materials, and ensuring the safe unloading of goods. Attention to detail and physical stamina are essential, as you will be required to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in varying conditions, including palletized and floor-loaded containers.
Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate high-reach trucks to move and store products in a warehouse environment.
- Assist in breaking down crates and sorting items for further processing.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling materials to ensure accuracy.
- Unload containers, which may include palletized or floor-loaded shipments. Floor-loaded containers will require manual unloading by hand.
- Adhere to all safety standards and practices, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and dependability by maintaining excellent attendance.
Qualifications: - Previous experience operating high-reach trucks is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in a variety of container setups, including manual unloading of floor-loaded shipments.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are a must.
