ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a File Clerk to join our team in Minneapolis, MN .

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk to assist with digitizing our physical files. This is a temporary, part-time position that will conclude once all documents have been successfully scanned and uploaded to our online database. We estimate the project will take approximately 3 months to complete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan physical documents into digital format using provided equipment
• Accurately name, organize, and upload files to our secure online system
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the process
• Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, sorting pages, and organizing batches

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning software
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks and meet daily productivity goals
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Prior experience in data entry, filing, or document management is a plus

Hours:

P art-time hours schedule during regular business hours between 8 AM – 5 PM CST.

Duration:

This is a project-based role expected to last approximately 3 months , or until the scanning and uploading of all files is complete.
