$80,000 - $120,000 yearly

Your Mission:

• Own a full caseload of family law matters: divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence, and post-decree issues.
• Appear confidently in court and negotiate from a position of strength.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and build persuasive legal strategies.
• Communicate with clients frequently, keeping them informed and confident.
• Work with intake, paralegals, and legal assistants to push cases forward without delay.
• Hit deadlines. Drive results. Close cases. Protect families.
• Must be able to pivot and land at a moment's notice.

Who You Are:

• A licensed attorney in NC or newly licensed - preferably with 2+ years of experience in family law.
• In the courtroom, early, prepared, and confident.
• Obsessed with results, not excuses.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
• Driven by client satisfaction and professional growth.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable (experience with Clio, Hubspot is a plus).
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a big bonus.
• Ability to pivot and land at a moment's notice.
