The Executive Protection Agent ensures the welfare, physical protection, and security of high-profile clients through armed and/or unarmed protection assignments. Responsibilities include: Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Provide close protection and security functions during domestic and international assignments. Lead counter surveillance operations. Conduct protective advance planning and threat assessments. Transport clients using evasive and defensive driving tactics as needed. Manage client requests while ensuring safety and security. Deescalate tense situations at various locations. Report vulnerabilities, safety concerns, and deficiencies. Perform protective intelligence assessments and OSINT reviews. Complete required reports and logs. Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness. Assist with schedules and team assignments. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of executive protection experience. Current CA Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit, CCW or HR218, and First Aid/CPR/AED certification. EP and EP Driving Certificates or EVOC certification. Defensive driving training/experience. Excellent communication skills. Independent judgment and problem-solving skills. Effective interaction across diverse cultures. Professional appearance and demeanor. Customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Working conditions: Ability to perform all essential functions with or without accommodation. Exposure to sensitive information and stressful situations. Physical ability for prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and physical activity. Travel up to 50% of the time. Availability 24/7. Pinkerton is an equal opportunity employer.
