About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Market Strategy and Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing the strategy and direction for the market's unified health and revenue efforts, with a strong focus on community impact and meeting income goals. This role involves engaging top-level corporate executives as leadership volunteers, strategic partners, and board members, and leading a team to achieve key performance indicators. The Executive Director will also be accountable for fostering teamwork, providing inspirational leadership, and ensuring the team is empowered to exceed market potential. Applicants must have at least 5 years' of experience in non-profit fundraising or outside sales, with a preference for those with a background in a voluntary health agency. A minimum of 6 years' in a management capacity, particularly with a sales or fundraising team, is required. The role demands a strong ability to motivate and inspire others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze revenue metrics. The ideal candidate will have experience in closing significant gifts, a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel daily within the market. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Salesforce are preferred. The Executive Director will be part of a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment, and is expected to have a proven track record in building and managing relationships to support the organization's mission.
