Our client is a rapidly growing technology-driven company entering an exciting growth phase and seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their dynamic CEO.
Job Description:
This is a hands-on, fast-paced executive support role for an experienced professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. The Executive Assistant will manage day-to-day priorities, ensure smooth communication, and handle a wide variety of administrative and project-based tasks for the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Draft and edit professional correspondence and emails on behalf of the executive team.
• Create presentations and board materials using Google Slides.
• Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation.
• Arrange meetings, dinners, and other logistics for visiting guests and executives.
• Conduct light research and assist with project preparation, including using AI tools to develop talking points and ideas.
• Perform general office coordination duties as needed.
• Serve as a trusted partner and sounding board to the CEO, maintaining discretion with sensitive information.
• Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and anticipate executive needs without detailed instructions.
Qualifications:
• 8–15 years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with proven success in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar); familiarity with Microsoft Office acceptable but not preferred.
• Bonus experience with HubSpot or Asana.
• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information.
• A proactive, tech-savvy problem solver who takes initiative and thinks creatively.
Additional Details:
• Employment Type: Contract-to-hire (6 months or sooner)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, start between 7–9 AM
• Reporting To: CEO
