We are currently looking for an Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of branded events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in delivering seamless event experiences. The Events Assistant will work closely with internal teams and on-site staff to ensure all event operations run smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation, setup, and breakdown of events
Support on-site operations to ensure events run according to plan
Coordinate with team members and vendors during event execution
Help manage event materials, equipment, and logistics
Maintain a professional presence while interacting with clients and attendees
Follow established procedures and timelines to meet event objectives
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive and responsible approach
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work setting
