We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our event planning and execution team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to the seamless delivery of events that leave a lasting impression on our clients.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating events from concept to completion
Support event logistics, including venue coordination, setup, and breakdown
Maintain event timelines, schedules, and budgets
Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
Prepare materials and resources needed for events
Ensure events run smoothly and meet quality standards
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Highly detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Competitive salary: $48,000 – $52,000 per year
